Tues. Oct. 16:

We took up the answers to the reading strategy worksheet. It’s important for students to know what kinds of questions they were getting wrong.

Wed. Oct. 17:

Thurs. Oct. 18: 

A few people finished up yesterday’s reading strategy worksheet. Otherwise, it was independent work. Reminder: “Studying for Tests and Exams” is due tomorrow. A lot of people were “remembering” their studying today. It was supposed to be tracked and logged at the time you studied, not later.

 

Fri. Oct. 19: 

You will receive your interim report card and an attendance printout today. The attendance must be signed and returned.

We will take this as an opportunity to reflect on taking initiative. It was not a strong skill yesterday. There is still a lot of sitting around.
